Providing Digital Orthodontic Appliance Fabrication Services
Our company is known for being a leader in using new technologies in the field of dentistry. That’s why we have all the necessary equipment to provide digital Orthodontic appliance fabrication services to customers worldwide. We accept your intraoral scans, print models from them, and create any appliance upon request. Because we utilize a HIPAA-compliant email system you can upload your digital scans and RXs here. We also accept scans from any of the popular manufacturers portals.
We offer Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), which involves digitally designing and printing in metal. Bands are designed to fit the clinical crowns, they don't extend subgingival or interproximal. This allows the appliances to be seated without the need for separators and the discomfort associated with them. You will save chair time and offer a better patient experience at no additional cost to you.
We also offer splints that are fully digitally designed (CAD) and fully digitally fabricated (CAM). The fit of these splints is remarkable!
