$69.00 Value White	2 Bleaching trays, one each for the upper and lower arch.

ALL VALUE APPLIANCES INCLUDE FREE DIGITAL MODELS WITH DISCOUNTED DIGITAL BRACKET REMOVAL.

EXTRAS:

$7.70 Digital Scan	If stone models or impressions are sent, we will need to scan and print 3D models.

We strongly discourage sending scans or models with arch wires. The fit of the appliance will be compromised, and sometimes, we simply cannot work with what is sent. We reserve the right to ask for a new scan or model, and obviously, due dates will be affected.
